MAV合同会社（以下「当社」）は、当社のウェブサイト（https://mavmk.com/）および当社が運営する YouTube チャンネルへの動画投稿のために当社が使うアプリケーション「jugo-upload」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、当社が運営する YouTube チャンネルに、当社が制作した動画とサムネイル画像を投稿するための社内用のツールです。本アプリは YouTube API Services を使用しています。本アプリは一般の方に提供しておらず、利用するのは当社が管理する Google アカウントだけです。
本アプリをご利用いただく場合（当社の Google アカウントで許可する場合を含む）は、YouTube 利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 取得する情報
本アプリは、Google アカウントの許可（OAuth）を通じて、次の範囲に限って情報にアクセスします。
- YouTube チャンネルの基本情報（チャンネル ID・チャンネル名）：投稿先のチャンネルを確かめるため（youtube.readonly）
- 動画とサムネイル画像のアップロード（youtube.upload）
- 許可のためのアクセストークンとリフレッシュトークン
本アプリは、視聴者の情報、コメント、再生履歴、メールアドレス、連絡先など、上記以外の情報を取得しません。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、当社が運営する YouTube チャンネルへの動画・サムネイル画像の投稿と、投稿先のチャンネルの確認だけに使います。広告、販売、分析、AI の学習などには使いません。
4. 保存と管理
- アクセストークンとリフレッシュトークンは、当社の運営者のパソコン内にだけ保存し、外部のサーバーには保存しません。
- 保存したファイルには、当社の運営者以外がアクセスできないようにしています。
- 投稿が不要になったチャンネルの許可の情報は、速やかに削除します。
5. 第三者への提供
取得した情報は、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供・販売・共有しません。
本アプリによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用と他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。
6. 許可の取り消し
本アプリに与えた許可は、Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定のページからいつでも取り消せます。
当社に保存された情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
7. Cookie などについて
本アプリおよび当社ウェブサイトは、Cookie や同様の技術を使って、端末に情報を保存したり、端末から情報を読み取ったりしません。アクセス解析のツールも使っていません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
"jugo-upload" (the "App") is an internal tool that MAV LLC uses to upload videos and thumbnails that we produce to YouTube channels operated by MAV LLC. The App uses YouTube API Services. The App is not offered to the public; only Google accounts managed by MAV LLC use it. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Data accessed
Through Google OAuth, the App accesses only: the channel ID and channel name (youtube.readonly, to confirm the destination channel), video and thumbnail uploads (youtube.upload), and the access and refresh tokens needed for authorization. It does not collect viewer data, comments, watch history, email addresses or contacts.
Use
The data is used only to upload videos and thumbnails to, and confirm, YouTube channels operated by MAV LLC. It is not used for advertising, sale, analytics or AI training.
Storage and sharing
Tokens are stored only on the operator's computer and never on external servers. We do not sell, share or disclose the data to third parties except as required by law. The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
You can revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, contact us below.
Cookies
The App and this website do not store or read information on your device using cookies or similar technologies, and do not use analytics tools.
